RT supports over 300 individuals with developmental disabilities in the Miami county community each year. Through our mission to help people achieve their personal success, RT provides services that encourage people to enhance their lives in ways that are meaningful to them. We provide life enrichment opportunities to people each day through inclusion, pre-employment training and employment in the community.  RT is committed to innovative supports that help people thrive.
