Join us on November 1st at The Crowne Plaza Hotel as we celebrate 150 years of service in the Springfield community. Our homecoming themed gala will welcome back and celebrate YMCA members, friendships, and memories that have lasted a lifetime. Please wear evening attire, or a homecoming dress if you so choose! About the YMCA
The YMCA of Springfield is more than a place, it's a purpose. For 150 years our Y's purpose has been to help strengthen the community. Every day we work with our neighbors to ensure everyone, regardless of income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
The YMCA Strong Kids Fund gives underserved youth and those with diverse abilities in our community a YMCA experience through memberships, camps, sports, and activities at little or no cost. Last year, our Y provided over $551,000 in reduced membership and program fees to community members.
