Be a part of the  November 4, 2021 return of the annual Raucous Auction to support Book Arts at the Virginia Center for the Book! Because it's a digital auction, the 25th anniversary Masked Ball will happen rain or shine--conditions fair or malign--and you can join masked, vaxxed, or remotely from your Mac. The auction exhibit is up ALL OCTOBER at the new Virginia Humanities' Lemon Lounge (946 Grady Avenue, Suite 100) and culminates in a watch party there in accordance with public health protocols. So stop by 9AM-5PM weekdays to scout it out, but whether you participate at our spot on the globe or at home in your robe, this event is happening by hook or by crook--and for the Book!

NOTES TO BIDDERS:

The raffle sales will conclude at 6:30PM on 11/4 and all bid items will close at 7PM the same evening. All high bids at 7PM will be final. Please note, because of slight variations in clocks, "last second" bids may be too late--to protect your claim, use your MAX BID to log your best bid which will only be reached if you have competitive challengers.

If you require shipping to claim your prize, a $10 or $20 flat rate fee may be added to your purchase, depending on size and shipping requirements within the U.S. We will contact you after the event to settle on payment, which you can handle via your registration portal.
