Twenty years ago, TEAMability began a visionary journey that would forever change the lives of children with complex disabilities and their families. At TEAMability, we see ability first. We believe in identifying human potential; encouraging achievement of the seemingly impossible; and giving every individual with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy of meaningful participation in life. TEAMability imagines a community that challenges assumptions and advances the service delivery standard for ALL persons with special needs. We need your help to change society’s attitude toward persons with disabilities. We must continue to provide access to critical therapy services, and we must dedicate the resources necessary to ensure we have a team of highly qualified, passionate, professionals providing superior services.

We invite you to join us at our Annual TEAMability Two-Step Gala on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg Skyroom when we will honor The Najim Charitable Foundation and its President, Melissa Bauman for their impact on the lives of TEAMability’s children and for their commitment to “making a difference in the lives of children.”

Count on a fun and inspirational evening celebrating the individuals we serve; their families and our skilled and dedicated team of educators and therapists. Join us as we recognize the impact of The Najim Charitable Foundation’s encouragement, guidance and support. Enjoy campfire cocktails, silent and live auctions, a Texas-style dinner, and lively dancing to the tunes of Cactus Country Band.
