WHO CAN ATTEND?
Everyone is welcome to attend our FREE virtual event. Join us from the comfort of your own home at 7:00 p.m. on April 24th. Invite your family and friends to attend as well.
WHAT ABOUT LIVE AUCTION ITEMS?
The items that would have traditionally been bid on during the Bids For Kids in person program will now take place online as well. More details to come. Check back shortly.
HOW WILL WE COLLECT OUR WINNING ITEMS?
Designated pick up times will be arranged after the conclusion of Bids for Kids with pick up happening at St. Michael Catholic School.
WHAT IS MOBILE BIDDING?
We are excited to be partnering with ClickBid at our event again this year. All silent auction bidding will be done via ClickBid. You will receive a link to use for bidding. Please remember to make sure your devices are fully charged on the day of Bids For Kids.
WHAT TYPES OF ITEMS WILL BE AUCTIONED?
There are hundreds of unique items to bid on during both the silent and live auctions. The items range from classroom themed baskets, unique class projects, teacher coupon booklets, principal for the day, front row reserved seats at school programs, home items, vacation getaways, unique experiences, and everything in between. There truly is something for everyone.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?
When you arrive for the event, your credit card information will be confirmed. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS and personal checks. Following the event, a receipt will be emailed to you confirming your purchases.

Purchase one or more of the 100 Golden Tickets prior to the start of Bids For Kids. If your ticket is drawn, you will have your choice of ANY Featured items, before the auction begins or $1000 CASH! This is your chance to take home an incredible prize worth thousands for only $100. The drawing will take place during our Bids For Kids kickoff live stream on Friday 4/23 at 10am. Purchase your golden ticket(s) while they last.
Winner must contact a Bids For Kids chair by 4:00 p.m. to claim their Featured item or cash.
Try your luck at winning lots of money! Order your 50/50 tickets by Wednesday April 21st, for your chance to win the pot. Half of the money will go to the school and other half goes to the guest with the winning ticket. *Winner does not need to be “virtually present” to win. Winner will be drawn during our Bids for Kids main event live stream on Saturday 4/24 at 7:00 p.m.
SCHOOL TUITION RAFFLE:
Here’s your chance to win tuition at St. Michael Catholic School for the 2021-2022 school year.
Grand Prize: FREE TUITION at St. Michael Catholic School for the 2021-2022 school year (PreK-8) or $1000 cash.
2nd place will win $500 towards 2021-2022 tuition or $400 cash.
3rd place will win $300 towards 2021-2022 tuition or $200 cash.
*Winner does not need to be “virtually present” to win. Winner will be drawn during our Bids for Kids main event live stream on Saturday 4/24 at 7:00 p.m.
How do I participate in the raffles virtually?
Super easy! Fill out the online form indicating how many tickets you’d like to purchase for each game and submit online. Select on the form either EFT or check as your form of payment. Mail in or drop off your check at StMCS. If you are not currently set up with EFT, print out the EFT form and scan and mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note the dates on the order form to ensure you can participate in the raffle games.
What do I do with my tuition raffle tickets that were sent home?
Feel free to continue to sell the tuition raffle tickets that were sent home prior to spring break. If you need more, the school office has more available. Only fill out the raffle ticket order form if you’ve sold additional tickets beyond what you have at home.
How will the virtual raffle ticket drawings work?
The winner of the Golden Ticket will be announced as our “kick off” to Bids for Kids. The winner will need to contact a Bids for Kids chair before 4:00 p.m. to claim their live auction item or $1000 cash. If the winner does not reply by 4:00 p.m., they will automatically receive the $1000 cash prize option.
Drawings for both the 50/50 and the tuition raffle will take place prior to the start of the virtual live auction. Join us virtually to find out who the lucky winners are.
