This uplifting afternoon is dedicated to supporting individuals with histories of foster care, helping them overcome challenges and unlock their incredible potential. Many of these young people have faced obstacles that most cannot imagine, yet their resilience and determination to thrive inspire us daily.

ABOUT US

THRU Project empowers individuals with histories of foster care to build independent, successful futures. Since 2011, we have provided services to over 1,000 local youth- giving them the support they need to navigate adulthood. We offer various programs: mentorship, housing, mental wellness support, life skills workshops, cell phones, and bus passes. Additionally, our Heart Gallery of South Central Texas serves all of Region 8, supporting children as they find permanency through adoption.
