This fundraising event is our largest and most important fundraiser of the year in our mission to support educational programming in science and history. The evening includes:
Hors d’oeuvres and dinner, by Redwood Catering
Wine & craft cocktails, by Soggy Bottom
Music and dancing, by Soul’d Out Band
Silent Auction (online silent auction opens Wednesday, September 14, Noon)

How To Place Your Bids
To participate in the silent auction, scroll to the top of this landing page and click the Register Now button. A credit card will be required to create your account; however, you will only be charged if you win an item. Your ClickBid account allows you to start bidding before the event!
The silent auction will open for bidding Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 12 p.m. We will notify all registrants when the auction items are live on the website. All proceeds from the auction will benefit Sloan Museum and Longway Planetarium’s operations. The Auction closes on 8:00 pm on Saturday, September 17, 2022.
Winning Bids
The credit cards for all winning bids will be run at 9:00 p.m. the night of the event. Items to be picked up at Sloan Museum of Discovery. You need not attend the event to win Silent Auction item.
