Every day, patients at Shriners Children's Twin Cities achieve goals and dreams they only imagined. Whether learning to tie shoes with the use of a prosthetic hand, walking with the aid of an orthotic brace or riding a bicycle for the first time, children believe everything is possible thanks to our expert medical care.

There is nothing like the energy of coming together for a common purpose - to help children. Together, with our dedicated supporters and generous sponsors, we have raised over $2.1 million to provide the most amazing medical care for our young patients.

For more than 100 years, Shriners Hospitals for Children® has provided specialty medical care to children in the Upper Midwest. In 1923, members of the Shriners International Fraternity broke ground along the Mississippi River in Minneapolis, establishing a place of hope and healing for children suffering from the effects of polio and other orthopedic conditions. Over the years, hundreds of thousands of families have passed through our doors, trusting our staff to care for their children and giving them opportunities to reach their fullest potential.

Shriners Children's Twin Cities is where hope and healing meet. Our compassionate, respected physicians and staff provide care for children with orthopedic conditions and are equipped to perform specialized plastic surgery for select conditions. We provide a supportive, family-centered care approach that included physician visits, radiology, rehabilitation, orthotics and prosthetics, child life and care management all under one roof. We are a regional leader in pediatric orthopedics, serving seven states and three Canadian provinces. We are committed to providing access to children and families who require specialized pediatric care. 

Caring for the overall health and well-being of our patients is paramount to our mission. Our extensive patient programs give children the opportunity to participate in enjoyable activities to brighten their appointments and in camps that can help them be more active and confident.
