How to bid

The Silent Auction items are numbered 100, 102, 103, etc.

School Store items are numbered 200, 201, 202, etc. and are now available for purchase.  

 The in-person only Raffle will take place on Friday, April 19th . All raffle items can be viewed and are numbered 1, 2, 3, etc.  

1. Go to our home page, click on the Start Bidding! button at the top, and enter your bidder number, mobile phone, or email.
   • If you don't have a bidder number yet, click here to register.
   • A one-time login code will be sent to your mobile phone. Enter this code and hit "Next."
2. Confirm you are the name listed (a password may be required at this time) then hit "Continue".
3. Allow push notifications so that you will know when you have been outbid and to receive messages about Evening Under the Stars.
4. Once logged in, you can search by category (Curriculum, Graduate Support, Silent Auction, etc.) item #, or keyword.
5. All silent auction items are numbered 100, 101, 102, etc. 
   • To place a bid, tap on the blue "Bid/Info" button. There you can place a single bid, or set a Max Bid.
6. All Serviam School Store items are numbered 200, 201, 202, etc.
7. Tap on MENU > MY ITEMS to view your activity throughout the event.

How to Checkout

You can securely checkout from your phone or other device with a credit card. Once you have won a Silent Auction item, a red "Pay!" button will appear at the top of your screen. Tap on this button to proceed.

 FAQs

I forgot my bidder #! Type your phone # or email address in the bidder # box. Tap GO. You also can tap on the "?" for help.

I already selected "no" or replied "STOP" to the SMS text message alerts, not realizing that I wouldn't receive outbid notices. Can I fix it? Yes! Text "START" to 56651 to begin receiving these once again.

How do I place a Max Bid? To place a "max bid", tap on Bid/Info > BID/SET MAX > select the amount you are willing to spend on the item > SET MAX. The system will bid up to that amount for you automatically. You will be notified via text message if you are outbid on this item.

Did I win? Once the auction has closed at 10:00pm that evening, you can look under MENU/MY ITEMS to view any items that you have won/purchased.
