Enjoy a memorable day of golfing at Fieldstone Golf Club, one of the area's premiere courses. The day promises camaraderie, competition, contests and prizes, silent auction, drinks and delicious dinner on the patio overlooking the picturesque scenery of rolling fairways.


Proceeds from the event benefit Serviam Girls Academy and support unparalleled educational opportunities for young women.


EVENT SCHEDULE


10:00 am - 11:15 am: Bag Drop & Registration 

11:15 am: Welcome Announcements from Serviam and Golf Pro  

11:30 am: Shotgun Start - Scramble Format - Box Lunch 

4:15 pm: Open Bar, Spirit Tasting, and Music by Kristen and The Noise Acoustic 

5:15 pm: Final Putting Contest   

5:30 pm: Dinner Buffet 

5:45 pm: Awards & Prizes 

6:00 pm: Program, Alumnae Speaker, and 50/50 Winner 

6:30 pm: Silent Auction Closes

Silent Auction Bidding Instructions:


  1. Go to the top of this page and enter your mobile phone or email.
  2. If you don't have a bidder number yet, click here to register.
  3. A one-time login code will be sent to your mobile phone. Enter this code and hit "Next."
  4. Confirm you are the name listed (a password may be required at this time) then hit "Continue".
  5. Allow push notifications so that you will know when you have been outbid and to receive messages about Evening Under the Stars.
  6. Once logged in, you can search by category (Curriculum, Graduate Support, Silent Auction, etc.) item #, or keyword.
  7. All silent auction items are numbered 100, 101, 102, etc. 
  8. To place a bid, tap on the blue "Bid/Info" button. There you can place a single bid, or set a Max Bid.
  9. All Serviam School Store items are numbered 200, 201, 202, etc.
  10. Tap on MENU > MY ITEMS to view your activity throughout the event.
