Dear Friends,
As Executive Director of the Public Interest Law Center, I am honored to invite you to join us for our 2025 Annual Celebration, an evening that highlights the transformative power of public interest law to create lasting change. This event, taking place on October 9th at The Grand Belle at The Bellevue, is more than a celebration, it is an opportunity to stand together in support of justice, equity, and dignity for all.
In 2025, the challenges we are facing as a community are formidable, but so too is the impact we can achieve when the community comes together to champion our shared values. The Public Interest Law Center continues to break down barriers, fight systemic injustices, and advocate for our most vulnerable neighbors, thanks to the generosity of our partners like you.
This year’s celebration will shine a spotlight on the incredible resilience of our clients, the dedication of our pro bono co-counsel, and the passion of our supporters who make our work possible. It is a night to reflect on the victories we’ve achieved together and commit to the work that still lies ahead. At the event, we will also be presenting the 2025 Thaddeus Stevens Award to former U.S. Senator Bob Casey. Senator Casey’s leadership on disability rights, healthcare, and economic justice has transformed lives. We are proud to recognize his extraordinary legacy at this unprecedented moment when the threats to our communities and the rule of law are so critical.
Your support makes a profound difference. It enables us to fight for fair funding for public education, protect voting rights, combat housing discrimination, and advocate for environmental justice. Whether it’s children’s right to a high-quality education, a community garden seeking to preserve green space, or a family fighting to remain in its home, your support empowers us to provide life-changing legal advocacy to those who need it most.
We invite you to purchase tickets by clicking here.
It’s also not too late for law firms, businesses, and individual supporters to sponsor the event. Sponsors will be prominently recognized in event materials, gaining visibility among hundreds of attendees, including leaders from the legal, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. We are also offering opportunities to showcase your support through program book ads.
On behalf of the entire Public Interest Law Center team, thank you for helping us make a meaningful impact in 2025. Together, we can continue to protect and expand access to justice for all.
We look forward to celebrating all we can achieve together.
With gratitude,
Brent W. Landau Executive Director
