Northland Shepherd's Center serves Clay and Platte Counties, providing services and programs for older adults and their caregivers. These services include:

• Life Enrichment programs that provide cultural enrichment and social time such as Aging with Excellence, Learning and Laughter, and Jazzy Little Book Club, with expansions of these programs happening all over the Northland
• Caregiver Support and respite programs such as the Together We Care Support Group, Breaktime Club, Caring Cafe Educational Programs, and the Caregiver Directed Respite Program
• The Technology Center, providing one-on-one assistance with technology issues, classes ranging from identifying scams to learning to use instant pots, and affordable connectivity programs for seniors
• Life Services such as check-in calls, Community Aging Solutions, technology help and training, the Market Bus, and more
• Solutions tackling food insecurity such as the Plate of Hope Food Pantry, the mobile pantry, and Meals on Wheels
