Auction Terms & Conditions

MPT's 2022 Fall Auction Details:

• MPT's Fall Auction will open Monday, November 1, 2022 at 10am and close Monday, November 7, 2022 at 9pm.
• Registration requires entering payment information. Cards will only be charged if the bidder has won an item after the auction closes on November 7.
• Once you place a bid, and if you win, you are obligated to buy the item at the said price you indicated as your bid.
  
• The MPT Foundation will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the winning items as described in these Terms & Conditions to the winners within 30 days of the auction closing.  Time sensitive items will be prioritized.  
• Auction winners will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the auction closing to arrange for pick up or delivery of items.  If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder.   If not there, please contact the MPT Special Events & Community Engagement coordinator at auction@mpt.org or 410-581-4137.
• The Fall Auction, hosted by the MPT Foundation, Inc., is held annually to raise funds in support of Maryland Public Television (MPT) and MPT's mission to enrich lives and strengthen communities through the power of media. Bids help support quality public television programming, outreach, education, and so much more.
