All new bidders must pay a $500 deposit to participate in the auction.  If you have not registered for the auction previously, please Click Here to complete the deposit.

• Once your deposit has been made, please call our office, during business hours, at 360-297-8600 and one of our staff will complete the registration for you.
• Deposit Returns: All deposits will be returned at the end of the auction to the card that was used. If you are a winning bidder, your deposit will be returned once your cash payment has been made at our office.
• Forfeiture of Deposit: If you are a winning bidder and fail to come to the office to pay for your winning bid, your deposit will be forfeited as an administrative fee, and you will be removed from future auctions.
• Payment & Paperwork: All payments for auction vehicles must be made at the office from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in cash only. No other form of payment is accepted. Once payment is made, you will receive any available keys and all necessary paperwork to transfer the vehicle’s title into your name.

• Bidder Registration is required to match your valid Driver's License. You will be asked to show your Driver's License at the time of pickup to verify ownership.
• All auction items are sold as is, with no warranty or guarantee. While some vehicles may come with keys, we can make no guarantee of availability. If a key is present at the time of pick up, it will be given to the winner at that time.
• Winning bidders eligible for a discounted tow of your auction vehicle. $125 hook up, 10mi free ($6/mi over 10mi) plus all applicable taxes and fees.

NOTE TO NEW BIDDERS: All new accounts are in a probationary period, you will be required to submit a $500 deposit via a Square invoice directly with Kitsap Chico Towing. Non compliance will result in suspension or ban of your account.
