About Us:

St. John XXIII Catholic School (SJ23) provides a foundation of Catholic values and academic excellence for its students in preschool through 8th grade. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to building a strong academic, social, emotional, and spiritual foundation for our students. SJ23’s teachers actively engage and inspire diverse learning styles so every student reaches his or her potential while at SJ23 and beyond. We are growing as saints together through service, excellence, discipleship, and community.

The Key Event continues to be the main source of fundraising for SJ23, and your generosity allows us to instill and provide exceptional academics, quality faith-based education, and service to our students. This yearly fundraiser is the result of many hours and tremendous commitment of the St. John XXIII Catholic School community. Without the support of willing and generous volunteers, faculty, alumni, friends of the school, sponsors, parents and students, the event would not be possible.

What to Expect:

We are so excited to have you join us for the 2024 Key Event – Under the Sea Soiree, to be held on Saturday, February 24th at The Port Wisconsin Inn & Suites! We want to make sure you go into the evening knowing exactly what to expect. If this information doesn't help answer your questions, please feel free to reach out prior to the event by calling 262-284-2682. We have many fun and exciting things happening this year! Enjoy a fun-filled evening of socializing, a silent and live auction, live entertainment featuring Felix & Fingers (Dueling Pianos), games, and raffles!

OVERNIGHT STAY
Stay overnight at the hotel! Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations and will be paying their charges upon departure. Reserve your stay ASAP by calling the hotel directly at 262.284.2100 to secure and guarantee your reservation. You will be able to enjoy use of the hotel facilities, which include the indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, as well as the complimentary cold breakfast.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL
Join us for 4:30 PM Mass at the St. Peter's Church Site. The event doors will open at 4:30 PM for registration. When you arrive, please stop at the registration table to make sure you are properly set up for mobile bidding and to pick up your Night-of-Packet. Friendly volunteers will be there to help if you have any questions and point you in the right direction. Cocktail hour will be from 5:00-6:45 PM, followed by a seated dinner. 

WHAT TO WEAR, WHAT TO WEAR...
The theme this year is Under the Sea Soiree. Come dressed in cocktail/"wedding guest" attire or business casual. Struggling with ideas? Think of fun colors you see UNDER THE SEA! Rent the Runway is always a fun option if you are looking for something you can return after the evening festivities.
