Bidding Period: Now until 11:55 PM EST on June 25th

- Win the Spot: The highest bidders will secure their place on our jerseys. Successful sponsors will be contacted by our club Treasurer within 48 hours of the auction closing to finalize payment arrangements.

Finality of Bids and Reservation of Rights
- Finality of Bids: All bids submitted in response to this solicitation are considered final and binding upon submission. No modifications, withdrawals, or cancellations of bids will be permitted after the submission deadline, except as provided by applicable law.
- Reservation of Rights: Southern Indiana United (SIU) reserves the right to make changes to the specifications, design, materials, or other aspects of the uniforms at any time, even after the award of the contract. Such changes may be necessary to ensure compliance with SIU standards, regulations, or other requirements. In the event that changes are required, SIU will provide written notice to the successful bidder detailing the necessary modifications. The successful bidder agrees to accommodate such changes and adjust their services and pricing accordingly, subject to mutual agreement on any cost adjustments.
