Each fall for 24 years, our island's food and beverage industry has showcased a fusion of flavors, helping the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Hawaii (JCCIH) raise substantial funds for scholarships, programs, and teacher development at Hawaii Community College.
In addition to the return of our live A Taste of Hilo event we are continuing to host our online fundraiser auction in an effort to continue to raise these funds.
Please click on "Register Now" above to participate as a bidder in our 2023 A Taste of Hilo online auction.
Item pick up will be on Saturday, October 15 at the close of our live in-person event at Sangha Hall.
MAHALO to our sponsors for helping make the 2023 A Taste of Hilo possible.

JCCIH promotes a sustainable economic environment in which local businesses can flourish, provide meaningful jobs, and foster a healthy, vibrant Hawai‘i Island.
Kahiau (giving without expecting anything in return) and Okage Sama De (I am what I am because of you) are the bedrock of our organization and are what set us apart.
JCCIH believes in partnerships; we work closely with other chambers and organizations on Hawai‘i Island, and have deep ties with our sister chamber in Japan, the Higashi-Hiroshima Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
