“Inspiration in Glass" by Tanja Ostwald shares and ignites the passion for working with hot molten glass. It pays homage to each of the 18 glass artisans presented in this book. The book’s aim is to inspire you— all the passionate bead makers and creative people around the world to discover your inner-artist. These pieces have been generously donated by the artist and will be delivered with a copy of the Inspirations in Glass Book.
The Tanya Ostwald Project- Inspiration in Glass ISGB Fundraiser.
Tanja Ostwald asked 18 artisans questions like “How’d you do that?” “What inspired you?” Each artist answered these questions and others, made a piece and wrote about the process for inspiration, practice, failures during the making of the piece, each contributed "3 best tips” and submitted Gallery pictures to yield a beautiful and informative book.
Tanja and several of the artists have donated pieces to benefit ISGB. Some of the artists donated the exact piece made for the book, some no longer had the original piece when contacted but donated a similar piece, some artists are no longer making glass beads. Each piece will be delivered with a copy of Tanya Ostwald's book.
