Auction Pickup:
Auction items can be picked up at the IRIS Office, 218 3rd Ave. NW, Faribault, MN 55021, on April 20th and 21st from 9 am – 6 pm. We are happy to make accommodations if this schedule does not work for you. Please contact the IRIS Office at (507) 334-4748 to arrange a pickup date and time.
Shipping of Auction Items:
If you are unable to pick up your items from the I Rise for IRIS Auction, IRIS is happy to mail them to you. Gift Certificates are easy for us to mail, but larger items require special attention. We are happy to ship items to you and respectfully request that you cover shipping cost. If you win a bid and wish to have the item(s) shipped to you, please call the IRIS Office at (507) 334-4748, so that we can calculate that shipping charge for you. Thank you for your understanding.
You may check out any time after auction closes. If items are not paid or picked up by the end of pickup period, your credit card will automatically be charged and the convenience fee of 3.63% will be applied.
