What is the Shamrock & Roll? 

Occurring every other year, Shamrock & Roll is the most FUN and IMPORTANT event for Holy Redeemer School. Open to all members of the Holy Redeemer Parish Community, the funds raised through the silent auction and monetary donations support and enable sizable capital improvements and enhancements to our school community. 

What if I’m New to Holy Redeemer and I Don’t Know Many People Yet?

We are so happy you are here! Check out the Green Package, a special value just for our newest HR school and parish families in their first or second year with us. In addition to tickets to the auction itself, you’ll also receive entrance to a special advance pre-party taking place the night of the auction (aka the “Green Party”), just for you and other new families and just steps away from the auction itself. Exactly What Happens On Auction Night?

With your ticket you will receive access to drinks, delicious pub fare, and a bid number to engage in the silent auction - which will begin several weeks prior to the auction. You’ll have plenty of time to balance socializing and outbidding your friends for all your favorite auction items. At approximately 10pm, the live auction begins, emceed by two legendary HR dads. The live auction is full of surprises!  After the live auction, there is dancing, more socializing and fellowship until the very end.

What Do We Wear to Shamrock & Roll?

Go Green! Anything you would wear to celebrate St. Patrick's Day at your favorite local pub. Go casual, come comfortable and ready for fun.

Where are the T-Shirts and How Do We order?

Three short sleeved t-shirts are included in the Emerald Family Package and one short sleeve tshirt is included in the Green and Claddagh Family Packages - just be sure to designate your preferred sizing in the ticket order form. If you need to order more t-shirts, order long sleeved t-shirts (available but not included) - simply navigate to the à la carte t-shirt option and order more! Super soft, and *super* limited edition —  be sure to order by 2/26!!

What is a Family Ad? 

Family Ads are BACK at Shamrock and Roll 2023 and we can’t WAIT to see them! Family Ads are included in the Emerald Family Package - they will be scrolling across the screens at the event, PLUS you will get an 8”x10” copy of your family ad to commemorate SRR 2023! Family Ads for our graduating families (we miss you already, 8th graders!) will be run on Instagram again as we get ready for our "See you Soons!" in May 2023. Send us your all-dressed-up big kid pictures, your messy-faced-baby pictures, your favorite quotes that inspire you and your kids! We want to see them all!

Why is the Emerald Family Package So Popular?

The numbers speak for themselves - the Emerald Family Package is the BEST deal at the Shamrock and Roll! Sponsors get a family name Shamrock “planted” along the sidewalk outside of HR, family name on the back of the SRR t-shirts, a family ad running at the event, free short sleeved t-shirts that can be worn at PE before the event and more! PLUS - up to $200 of this ticket package is tax deductible! (We are not CPAs, friends, so please check with a licensed tax professional before filing your taxes!)

Some of these items like t-shirts and family ads *can* be purchased a la carte, but why? Save yourself some money with the bundle, and get your family’s HR Shamrock lawn sign planted today!

What about CCD & CYO families, Neighbors and Holy Redeemer Parish Community members?  

We want you, CCD families, CYO families, neighbors and parishioners - alums too!  We welcome you and with open arms. The Claddagh Package is just for you!  

What about HR Grandparents, Friends and Relatives? 

Oh yes, HR grandparents! Of course if you’re able to attend, we’d love any grandparents, friends or relatives to attend in person, but if you cannot attend or would prefer to attend remotely, the Luck O’ The Irish Package for you. This package includes a bid number to participate in the Silent Auction AND 2 50/50 raffle tickets. There is also a complimentary BID NUMBER ONLY option that gives you access to the online Silent Auction.

I can’t come to SRR2023 — How Can I Support?

• Support Holy Redeemer by purchasing the Luck O' the Irish Ticket, which includes a virtual event ticket with bid number. You'll be able to bid from home - anywhere in the world! You will also receive two entries to the 50/50 Raffle! This is a great option for grandparents, alumni and friends of Holy Redeemer
• Select a complimentary virtual bid number as an a la carte item, which gives you access to bid online
• Sponsor a faculty member or priest! You can find this option in the a la carte menu - plus its tax deductible!
