Silent Auction Details!

We have the opportunity to partner with ClickBid to give our donors an easy way to give using their Event Raising Platform. Using this platform, we have the chance to open our preview auction early to showcase items so our donors know what amazing items we have to offer the day of the ball and so our guests that cannot attend the event can be a part of the bidding action! Because this will be new to some of us, we have added a few steps to make the process simple. See the auction steps below.

Auction Steps (this will not work until you are registered and bidding becomes live): 

• Type your cell phone number in the welcome box and press GO. 
• The system will then send a one-time use login code to your device. Enter the code sent to your device and press Next.
• Once you're logged in, view silent items, place max bids and let the platform bid up for you, view winning or losing bids, and so much more.  
• When the auction is over, you will receive a winning bid message. Click the red pay button to check out and process payment from your phone. 
• Head to a checkout station to pick up your winning items OR contact The Hope Project at info@hopeprojectusa.org to claim your winning bid.
