Back in the Saddle Again: Honoka‘a Western Week
Join us in celebrating Hāmākuaʻs Paniolo Heritage!
In the last 70+ years, Honoka‘a Western Week has survived a World War, at least one serious earthquake, and a two-year pandemic, but the ever-popular community event is alive and kicking, making at least a partial comeback May 21-30, 2022. Visitors to town will see shops, restaurants and other businesses decorated Western style, and some will offer discounts and specials to those sporting Honoka‘a Western Week T-shirts and buttons. And, all along Mamane Street, shoppers stop and take shots at colorful “photostops” designed and painted by local artists.
Show your support and help celebrate by participating in the silent auction.
