What is the Holy Name Auction?

We are so excited to invite you to attend our largest single fundraiser of the school year, the 2024 Holy Name Auction. Our theme, Timeless Elegance: Classic Giving. Modern Impact., was chosen to honor our school and to honor our history of generosity, while looking to the future to continue improving.

The evening includes a cocktail party, seated dinner, live auction, dancing and socializing with the Holy Name community. Proceeds from the Auction support our mission and allow us to invest in a constantly improving student experience, new technology, professional development for faculty and staff, and facility improvements. For example, last year's funds supported the updated bathrooms, updated gym entry, and new bleachers.

**2024 Auction Mission: To raise money for new/re-designed outdoor space to create more learning opportunities and experiences for our students. More details to come.

The Auction event is not only a great way to contribute to the school and support our students and staff, but also happens to be the party of the year! We hope you'll join us!!

How You Can Support the Auction

There are several ways that you can help make our fundraiser a success!

1. Join us!

Our favorite way to support the Auction is being there! Gather your friends or family to join us for a wonderful evening. Invitations will be mailed out in January, but tickets are available to purchase now! Be sure to take advantage of the early bird discount! 

2. Become a Sponsor 

The generosity of sponsorships directly contributes to upholding all that makes Holy Name special. Holy Name has been blessed with both family and corporate sponsorships over the years that have had an incredibly high-impact on our students. Sponsors will be recognized on social media and in Auction materials. We look forward to partnering with you for this amazing night! 3. Donate an Item

Our silent and live auctions are successful thanks to the creativity and kindness of item donations. Examples include concert or sport tickets, signed merchandise, art, jewelry, gift cards to restaurants or salons, the use of a family's vacation home for a period, wine & spirits, craft supplies, toys, and more. To donate an auction item, click on the link above or fill out a form. Any and all items are gratefully accepted!

4. Donate a Social 

Parents, or a group of parents, host a party for other Holy Name parents, families or kids. Hosts graciously pay for all the accommodations and payment to attend goes directly to the school. Parents decide the theme, select the number of attendees, food, restrictions and the rest is all fun! Tickets for adult parties range from $60-$125/per person for adults. Past adult socials have included Road Rally, Family Feud, Country Club Paddle Parties, Euchre Parties, Casino Theme, Yoga and much more. Tickets for kids' socials are $35/kid. Past kids socials have included Lake /Beach Party, Boys Sports Party, Girls Spa Day, Theater Party, pool parties and more. Socials can take place anytime from March 2024-October 2024! 5.  Make a Donation

Donations of any amount support our students! Donate to the auction event! We appreciate all donations, big and small!

6.  Purchase An Ad In the Auction Book

The Auction Book is a beautifully printed program where we thank our sponsors, donors, and volunteers. It also contains descriptions of our auction items, so it is a must-read item for the community! Both personal ads celebrating your student and corporate ads are popular. Some families submit pictures of their students and/or their entire family. An ad page can also be used to advertise businesses. To purchase an Ad, please click here on the Ad link above. Ads can also be created for $25, please check Ad Design at checkout. Family ads are due by 12/15/23 (extended to 12/22/23!), and business ads are due by 12/15/23 (extended to 12/22/23!).  ALL AD FILES MUST BE JPG OR PDF.

   For Family Ads, please submit a picture, color, and verbiage for design, or submit completed ads to holynameads@gmail.com.

   For Business Ads, please submit all ads to Natalie Vermeulen at Nkmoran@gmail.com.

7.  Participate in the Silent Auction

Please join us for the silent auction (online) from March 3, 2024 - March 7, 2024. The silent auction is a great way to contribute, whether you are able to attend the event or not! Please note that you must purchase a bidder ticket (on the ticketing page) if you are not attending the auction. 

8.   Donate to a Twist Table

Our twist tables are filled with items requested by our teachers and staff that give you a chance to help Holy Name Catholic School be the best it can be. With the wide array of Twist Table sponsorships available, you are free to put your donation where your heart is. Twist Table donations will open as a separate online   auction and the tables will be available at the Auction to continue your donations. More information to follow closer to.
