Our Silent Auction will open for mobile bidding on Monday, May 6, 2019 at noon
and will close on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 9 pm.

Paddle Raise

At The Grosse Pointe Academy, we are grateful to our teachers for their faithful commitment and caring nature, and for their gift of instilling in our students a love of learning and self-reliance. For the past 49 years, their significant contributions both in and out of the classroom have defined their important role in the growth of our students. 

Through this year’s Action Auction Paddle Raise, we honor our faculty and their steadfast efforts to enrich the classroom experience, the cornerstone of the Academy Advantage. To continue to ensure a high-quality, transformational education for our students, we must continue to deepen their learning daily. Our faculty are eager for opportunities to learn new skills and bring innovative teaching methods to their classrooms. Your donation to this year’s Paddle Raise will provide funding for professional development for the creation of new learning opportunities, as well as faculty work focused on program expansion. It will also allow us to purchase crucial instructional materials, collaborative classroom furniture and instructional technology, and offset costs related to coaching or directing after-school activities.
