2024 Glass Exhibition, Playing with Fire
In 2024, Banana Factory will hold a gallery exhibition of works created by studio members from the ArtsQuest Glass Studio Members from April 5th through June 1st. Hot glass artists of all experience levels of will be represented in this show. The works will feature many different techniques ranging from traditional blowing techniques to more modern sculpting processes. All works of art featured have tremendous time and effort devoted to them and are for sale via our online auction website. Support the glass studio and local artists of your community by bidding on the items that speak to you. Make sure to visit the gallery multiple times during the exhibition to see the works in person. Friday June 1st will be the closing night party of the exhibition, ticket sales go towards supporting the ArtsQuest Glass Studio and come in 3 different levels.

ArtsQuest Glass Studio
The ArtsQuest Glass Studio offers, classes, experiences, demonstrations, and is a place for Hot Glass Artists to create their work. Located in Bethlehem, PA. the hot glass studio has been operating since 2006 with the support of the local community. Classes currently offered at the Banana Factory are geared towards students of all levels, from introductory to advanced including visiting artist workshops with nationally recognized artists. Hot Glass Experiences are offered at our 3 largest festivals, Musikfest, Octoberfest, and Christkindlemakt as well as the Banana Factory. To help support the artists of the glass studio as well as the operation of the studio itself, please bid on your favorite pieces and see the show in person at the Banana Factory Arts Center.

Glass Blast Closing Night Party
At the Banana Factory on Saturday, June 1st, the closing night party of the exhibition will take place. All ticket sales for this annual party go towards supporting the ArtsQuest Glass Studio and come in 3 different levels. Be entered for beautiful hand made glass door prizes, enjoy appetizers from Pat’s Bistro, watch hot glass demonstrations, and spend a night enjoying glass art with the ArtsQuest Glass Studio community. Winners of auction items will be able to take their pieces home at the end of the closing party if they wish.
