Building Ability

Gracious Grounds is a non-profit housing community that supports successful independent living for adults with intellectual disabilities. Gracious Grounds represents Independence. Community. Home to 50 residents across three properties. This year will represent another period of growth with the building of Gracious Grounds on Ability Way. 

This will be the largest affordable housing project to happen within the Tri-Cities.  Our three story 77 unit building will encompass both indoor & outdoor gathering spaces. Gracious Grounds will be able to offer the opportunity for independence to an additional 30+ adults with intellectual disabilities.
