GDCTA Awards Gala - Silent Auction & Barn Basket Raffle

The silent auction ends at 8:30 PM on January 20, 2024, at which point the highest listed bidder or the one who chose the “Buy Now” option wins the item. Upon winning, please pay for your items online.

DELIVERY INFORMATION For receipt of services (lessons, clinics, travel, special events, etc.), the auction winner's email will be provided to the donor of the auction item for coordination of logistics. Or, if a certificate is required, you will pick that up at the Gala or it will be emailed to you.

If you live out of town, you are not attending the Awards Gala and have no one to pick up your Silent Auction and/or Barn Basket winnings, you can arrange to pick up your winnings in the ATL Metro Region with Caren Caverly ccaverly@comcast.net / 770-713-4025.

Please be sure to read each item description carefully. Some physical items will be available for shipping, most will not. If description notes that shipping is available, the winner is to contact Caren Caverly at ccaverly@comcast.net / 770-713-4025 to coordinate shipping of the item. The auction winner will pay mutually agreed upon shipping costs.

• Auction item purchases are tax-deductible only if the winning bid exceeds the fair market value of the item. The tax-deductible amount is the winning bid minus the fair market value.
