Welcome to Grace Christian School's 39th Annual Spring Auction

About our Spring Auction

Basic Information:

• The online SILENT auction opens for early bidding at 6 a.m. on Monday, March 11. All bidding for the silent auction will be online. Our volunteers at the silent auction table will be happy to place a bid for you if needed on auction day.
• The LIVE auction is on Saturday, March 16! Doors open at 9 a.m. for our famous sticky buns and breakfast sandwiches. Stay for lunch to enjoy our homemade chicken corn chowder and sloppy joes.
• The live auction starts at 10 a.m. and will end around 12 p.m. Our address is 320 North Third Street, Telford, PA 18969. We are pleased to have Alderfer Auction back again to lead our live auction.
• Kids can enjoy many activities, including face painting, games, and a kids' auction table!
• Winners can pick up their items auction day after 12:30 p.m. or at the school office Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

How to Register and Bid Online:

• Under "Welcome" enter the required information, then select “SUBMIT.”
• You will receive a text with your bidder number and a link to the online silent auction page in addition to a welcome email.
• If you preregistered enter your phone number into the browser. You will receive another text with your one-time login code; enter that code and select next.
• Once logged in, you are ready to bid at the online silent auction! No need to logout every time you leave the bidding site, but if you do, simply enter your cell phone number to receive a new login code.
• Select "Bid/Info" on an item to read details and place a bid. Select “MENU > MY ITEMS” to view your activity throughout the event. If you select to allow "push notifications" you will receive a text whenever you have been outbid along with the link, so don't let that special item get away!
• Use the Blue Gear icon in the top left corner of the bidding site to update your information during the auction.
• To find out if you won an item once the auction has closed, look for the red "Pay!" button at the top of your screen, or look under “MENU/MY ITEMS” to view everything that you have won.

Bidding at the Live Auction:

• Stop by our Treasurer's Table when you arrive. If you already have a bidder number, you will confirm the number with a volunteer, then pick up your yellow paper bidder number and program. 
• If you haven't yet registered for a bidder number, a volunteer at the Treasurer's Table can help you. We just need your name, cell phone number, and email address. 

Checkout From Your Phone:

• To pay by credit card, you can securely checkout on your phone. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Please note there is a processing fee for paying by credit card.
• Payment is not automatic if you have a credit card already on file. Select the red "Pay!" button at the top of your bidding screen to proceed to checkout or click on your shopping cart to view the items you won. You can enter your card information there or use the card already on file.
• A receipt will be emailed to you after checkout is complete. To pick up your items

Checkout at the Treasurer’s Table:

• When paying by cash or check, DO NOT check out on your phone.
• Checkout by cash or check at the Treasurer's Table Saturday or when picking up your item(s) at the school.

How the Bidding Process Works

• Bidding will start at 6 a.m. Monday, March 11. You may register before or after bidding opens. Once you have registered, a bidder number will be assigned to you via text. Once bidding opens, you may use your bidder number and password to log in and place anonymous bids on any of our numbered items at any time, on any device. If you prefer, you can place a maximum bid, which will automatically bid for you up to your set amount. Keep checking up on the bidding fun throughout the week! You will receive a text notice whenever you have been outbid, along with the link to bid again. Don't let that item get away! Final online bidding will end at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, March 16. 

• New this year the online auction items will close staggered every 15 minutes starting at 11:45 a.m. To find out when the item you are bidding on will close click the Bid/Info button and look under the item number and title, the closing time will be listed by the clock icon. 

• Before, during, or after the auction, if you have any questions about the items for sale or the bidding process, please email our auction donation coordinator, Megan Giuffrida, at auction@gcs-online.org. 

• All sales are final; there will be no exchanges or refunds given. We cannot issue refunds or credits due to possible extended or permanent business closures. Thank you for your support and understanding!
