Silent Auction Closes at the May 15 Event at 8 PM.
Here's everything you need to know for the Event Night!
First, this is still a Rodeo event, dust off your boots and cowboy hat and put 'em on!
Event Location - The Factory at Franklin, Jamison Theater, 230 Franklin Road, Franklin, TN
Dress - We like wearing jeans so casual is king.
Times - 5:30 Doors open, bars are open and dinner is served; 7:00 Take your seat, the show is starting; 8:00 Silent auction closes; 8-ish Intermission; 9-ish we will wish you Happy Trails!
Check in - Enter the Factory and make your way to Jamison Hall/Theater Entrance. This is a Reservation event; there are no hard copy "Tickets."
Silent Auction - Quick and Easy to Register (Top of this page). Everything is online! Live Auction items will be on display at the Event. Silent Auction closes at 8:00pm. Pick up items you "won" before you leave! We can help you arrange for delivery of large items like the whiskey barrel.
Catering/Dinner - Dinner will be buffet style plated by the caterer and served beginning at 5:30 until about 7:30. The evenings delicious catering is by all of the A. Marshall Hospitality family of Restaurants: Puckett's, Scout's Pub, Deacon's New South, Americana Taphouse. You won't go hungry and it's just darn good food! Non-alcoholic beverages are included.
Two Bars - 21 and over, ID required. Beer, wine, mixed drinks, soft drinks and Jack Daniel's! Your drink ticket(s) will be issued at check in. Additional drinks may be purchased at the back bar.
Merchandise - Stop & Shop! Franklin Rodeo merchandise (t-shirts, baseball shirts and caps) western hats, stuffed toys.
Jack Daniel's 2021 Single Barrel Select - 5th in the Franklin Rodeo collector's series! Stop by and see the "Whiskey Man" and get a bottle or two. And some for friends, and some for Christmas gifts, and well, you can never have too many bottles to go around.
A Special Wish Grant! You'll have to wait and see what this is about. It will be worth the wait!

While the Franklin Rodeo had no choice but to cancel again, the Franklin Noon Rotary Club wants to "Keep the Tradition Alive" and invites you to this live hosted evening featuring the rich history and tradition of this 70 year old charity event! With exciting rodeo action video highlights, rodeo history, cowboy appearances and commentary, special guests and much more, come see why this Franklin tradition is one of the best pro rodeos in the Country and is the longest running charity event in Williamson County!
Your host and emcee for the evening is long time Franklin Rodeo and National Finals Rodeo Announcer, Roger Mooney! For well over 30 years, he has had the opportunity to educate, inform and entertain rodeo fans from coast to coast....and tonight he'll do the same for you!
The energy will be high so fasten your seatbelt!
