Conditions of Auction Sales
The property described on this website will be offered and sold at auction by the Fred Oldfield Western Heritage and Art Center (further known as “the Oldfield Center”) as agent for the “consignor” upon the following conditions:
We do not charge a buyers premium. We believe the final cost should be the cost that you bid.
The Oldfield Center, ClickBid.com and staff assume no risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity of the authorship of any property identified on this site. That includes the identity of the creator, of the period, culture, source or origin with the creation of any property identified herein.
The Oldfield Center reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before the actual sale.
All property is sold “as is”. The Oldfield Center makes no warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property. No statement on the website or statement made at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation.
Each bidder must register for a bid number. You must bid with your assigned number. The highest bidder will be the purchaser.
Successful bidders can pay for their purchase with Check, ACH or Credit Card. Checks can be made out to FOWHC. All purchased items must be paid for within 1 day after the sale ends.
All sales are final! There shall be no exchanges or refunds on any Auction items.
Items will be released to the purchaser only with a Paid Receipt.
Auction pieces can be picked up directly after the live auction on Saturday night, or after the Silent Auction closes on Sunday, 10/16 at 2:00
If you are unable to pick up your items, we are happy to ship it to you. We ship USPS (least expensive, but if you have a carrier choice let us know), you will be charged for all shipping and handling costs.
