Dear Friends of Saint Anne,

On Monday, September 27, 2021, the Saint Anne Catholic Community will hold its Tenth Annual Fall Golf Classic and Dinner at The Club at Wynstone in North Barrington, Illinois. After such a challenging year, there is no better way to return to “normal” than to celebrate the tenth anniversary of this important fundraiser for our parish community.

The Fall Golf Classic was established to help raise funds for our parish while building fellowship with our parishioners, friends, and neighbors. Your participation in this event will help our parish community continue the many vibrant ministries that bring our Faith Community to life.

EVENT DAY. We are committed to safely conducting this event.

• We will comply with all CDC, Illinois State, and local restrictions relating to COVID-19.

• The golf and dinner portions of the event will be organized to foster social distancing.

• There will be no silent and live auctions.

SPONSORSHIP. In addition, please consider being a sponsor for the Fall Golf Classic. Your sponsorship and support can come in one of the following ways.

• Platinum sponsorship for a contribution of $10,000+

• Gold sponsorship for a contribution of $5,000

• Silver sponsorship for a contribution of $2,500

• Bronze sponsorship for a contribution of $1,000

• Tee OR Green sponsorship for a contribution of $500

Dear Saint Anne Golf Classic Attendees,

We are so pleased that you are attending the Tenth Annual Fall Golf Classic and Dinner at The Club at Wynstone in North Barrington, Illinois on September 27, 2021! Here are some reminders and suggestions to help you enjoy the our tenth anniversary.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY. Below is the schedule for the day. If there is any change, we will circulate a message to participants.

10:00am Registration

10:30am – 11:45am Lunch

11:45am Blessing by Fr. Bernie

Noon Shotgun Start

5:00pm Cocktails

6:00pm Dinner, Golf Prizes & Raffle Drawing

WHERE TO GO. After entering The Club at Wynstone, both golfers and dinner-only guests should go to the big parking lot below the clubhouse – the entrance to the parking lot is on the right before reaching the clubhouse.) After dropping their clubs at the circular “bag drop” area by the clubhouse, golfers will park and then walk back through the same area. Dinner-only guests may also park and then walk back through the same area.

For both golfers and dinner-only guests, there will be a registration table by the “bag drop” area for check-in. Lunch and dinner will be served on the patio behind the clubhouse.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS. We are committed to safely conducting this event. We will comply with all CDC, Illinois and local restrictions relating to COVID-19.

CASH FOR 50/50 RAFFLE & MULLIGANS. Please bring cash with you in order to purchase tickets for our 50/50 raffle and mulligans.

• Raffle Ticket prices are $20 each or $100 for five.

• Mulligans are $20 each with a limit of three.

LOCKERS. There will be lockers available for golfers, but we strongly encourage you not to change between golf and dinner. This will minimize gatherings in the locker rooms.
