What is the purpose of the Silent Auction?

All proceeds from the Silent Auction directly support vital industry research and initiatives that strengthen and advance the exhibitions and events community.

How will the Silent Auction be held?

The Silent Auction will be held both online and onsite during IAEE’s Expo! Expo! 

The online auction is currently open for bidding! Bidding will close at 2:30 p.m. CST on 10 December 2025.

Silent Auction Details:

The auction will close at 2:30 pm CST on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction. 
• To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees. 
• Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings at the conclusion of the auction. 
  • Please confirm your payment with an auction representative, we will assist you with your winnings.
• If items are not picked up on-site, we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file. 
  • Shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
