How to Enter and Win

You must be 18 years or older, be a resident of Texas and possess a valid Texas driver's license to enter this raffle and be able to claim the prize should your name be selected as the winner. 

Winner responsible for tax, title, license, and federal withholding tax. 

Raffle tickets are one (1) for $25, three (3) for $50, or ten (10) for $100. Tickets are available for purchase only during the raffle period beginning May 25, 2025 - August 3, 2025, at 11:55 pm. 

All net proceeds of the raffle will benefit TEXAS YES. 

TEXAS YES operates as a dba under SA YES, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Funds will be used to purchase school supplies for elementary school children in designated Title 1 elementary schools in the San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, and Austin areas. Proceeds may also be used for the Little Locker Project or YES Grants. 

To enter, go to TEXASYESPROJECT.ORG to purchase raffle tickets. You will need to have a valid credit card to make a purchase. Successfully complete the online raffle registration form with your name, address, phone number, credit card information, and click submit. No mechanically reproduced or incomplete entries will be accepted or be eligible. No mail-in or manual raffle purchases are allowed. You do not receive a physical ticket but will receive an email confirmation. If you do not have an email address, a paper confirmation can be sent to your address. 

For each raffle ticket purchased, the person whose name and information that is listed on the entry form will receive one (1) entry into the raffle drawing. Raffle tickets will be issued as entries as received up until the declared entry deadline. 

Raffle tickets cannot be re-sold or given away to another person or party. Only the registered name on the winning ticket that is drawn will be allowed to claim the grand prize. 

Odds of winning are based upon the total number of raffle tickets purchased during the stated raffle period.

Bidding OPENS at 12 AM on May 25, 2025, and will CLOSE at 11:55 PM on August 3, 2025.

Items can be purchased with ‘Buy It Now’ prior to the closing time.

Some items can be shipped for an additional fee, please check restrictions.
