Dear Families, Alumni & Supporters of Damien High School
We're excited to host our 30th Annual Golf Tournament & Dinner presented by Oremor Automotive Group on Monday, March 31, 2025.
This milestone athletics fundraiser at the South Hills Country Club promises to be a day filled with camaraderie, competition, and community spirit — all in support of Damien Athletics. Enjoy an exciting round of golf with various contests, delicious catered meals, and a chance to network and reconnect with Damien families, alumni, and Damien supporters.
For over 60 years, the unwavering support of our school community has powered the success of our Spartan student-athletes. Let's make this 30th anniversary one to remember – join us for a day of golf, good vibes, and giving back.
Event Schedule
Check-In & Breakfast: 8:00 am
Shotgun Start: 10:00 am
Cocktail Reception: 3:00 pm
Dinner & Auction: 4:00 pm
Not a golfer but still want to make a difference?Join us for Cocktail Hour and Dinner in the South Hills Banquet Room or participate remotely by bidding on our silent auction items online.
*DAMIEN FAMILY OBLIGATION:
All sponsorship levels can be applied to the annual $500 Damien Family Obligation. We encourage you to secure a sponsorship of $250, $500, or greater to fulfill the remainder of your yearly obligation.
New this year: Designating your family obligation to the golf tournament will also get you two (2) tickets to attend the cocktail hour and dinner reception at no cost!
More clarification and Next Steps: Purchasing a foursome, single golf registration, or tickets to the dinner alone DOES NOT qualify as your Family Obligation. Every Damien family who is fulfilling their family obligation at this event MUST USE this form to checkout. You may also remit your payment via check to the school office. Please include "Golf Tournament Family Obligation" in the memo section to ensure we can send you proper tax acknowledgments if your sponsorship exceeds your obligation fee.
