Silent and Live Auction Details
BIDDING INFORMATION
If you purchase a ticket, you are a bidder.
Silent Auction bidding begins on Monday, November 18th at 8:00 am.
A bidder number is required to bid on Silent & Live Auctions, whether attending in-person or online.
You must provide credit card information to place a bid. Rest assured, your credit card details will be securely stored and charged only if you win an item(s).

SILENT AUCTION
Begins Monday, November 18th at 8:00 am.
Closes Saturday, November 23rd, approximately 15 minutes after the Live Auction ends, at around 8:30/9 pm.

Early bird tickets (before November 1st): $35/person
November 1st onwards: $45/person
Doors open Saturday, November 23rd at 5:00 pm
LIVE AUCTION with LIVESTREAM begins at 7:00 pm
**All auction items will be available for pick-up at the State Fair Center after the auction closes on Saturday, November 122nd, or on Sunday, November 23rd from 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm.
Auction Item Donation Form
Please complete the form below if you would like to donate an item for the LIVE or SILENT auction.
Items can be delivered to Dakota Hope Clinic at 315 S. Main St. #205, Minot, ND, or call 701-852-4675 to arrange a pick-up.
Your generous donation of an auction item is greatly appreciated.
Please include any pick-up notes in the Item special notes section.
