About Children Trust Michigan

Children Trust Michigan (CTM), formerly the Michigan Children’s Trust Fund, was established in 1982 to fund the critical activities of organizations on the front lines of child abuse and neglect prevention across the state of Michigan. CTM serves as the state’s chapter of Prevent Child Abuse America, as well as facilitates, funds, and supports over 100 child abuse prevention programs across all 83 counties. Our donors - people like you - are our most important source of funding for organizations who protect Michigan’s most vulnerable residents, our children.

CTM is uniquely positioned to lead and support prevention activities in Michigan through our public-private structure. As a nonprofit within the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, we can leverage each private donation to receive additional dollars through the Community Based Child Abuse Prevention federal funding. Your contributions this evening will make it possible to strengthen existing programs and expand prevention programs in Michigan.
