Celebrate 10 Years of City Surf Project 

We ensure Bay Area youth have equitable access to the ocean through surf instruction. We use surfing as a vehicle to improve the health and well being of our youth and to engage them with our four core pillars:

personal growth, healthy living, equity in surfing, and stewards of nature.

We work directly with Bay Area public schools and community based organizations to provide one-on-one surf lessons for their students. Our programs run year round, and we offer internship and employment opportunities as well. We aim to reduce the barriers to access surfing and create a supportive community for our students. 

Since being founded in 2014, we have had over 1300 surf outings and served over 3000 youth! Help us share the joy of surfing!
