SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS
- Donate a silent auction item to be awarded to highest bidder.
- Attach a company business card to the donated item if logo isn't printed on item.
- Recognition on item in bidding application.
- Donated item(s) need to be delivered by July 24th to ConocoPhillips office in Watford City.
About Our Event
FOX HILLS - WATFORD CITY, ND
4-person best ball scramble - limited to 18 teams
Includes 18 holes of golf, 9 holes in daylight, 9 holes glowing at night.
Food/Beverage and Raffle after daylight round.
Glow Cart decoration contest - Bring your best glow decorations. Carts are required to Glow.
All charity event participants must wear glow at night & have flashlights.
All teams will be responsible for providing item to make their carts glow and provide driving lights for carts.
On course sponsors will be required to bring items to glow for tent/setup areas.

- Registration 4:30PM
- DAYLIGHT TEE OFF: 5PM
- Social, Raffle, and Glow Time 7:30-9:00PM
- GLOW TEE OFF 9:00PM
In the event of inclement weather, the scramble may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled and funds raised donated to MCCF and KVFD.
In the event of an incident or injury to any person(s) or business / property ConocoPhillips company, ConocoPhillips employees, volunteers, and Fox Hills Golf Course may not be held liable.
Organization
With your support and participation, we can continue to invest in our community for future generations. All net proceeds will go directly to improving the quality of life for residents through charitable giving and philanthropy to make lasting and beneficial investments in the McKenzie County area.
