Thank you for participating in our 2023 Silent Auction to Benefit the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy!

In conjunction with our annual Silent Auction, we are once again hosting an Open House on Friday, September 29th from 5pm - 8pm! Our Open House will feature our Silent Auction items and celebrate our volunteers and community members. Our Silent Auction will close at 7:30 pm, so stop by the Open House to browse the items in person and make your last minute bids - all winners present will take their items home that evening! All items listed are donated by local community members and businesses! Proceeds benefit the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy. 

If you are new to participating in this silent auction site, please see below for some helpful information:

• Registration for the online Silent Auction is free. You will only be charged if you win an auction item or donate to the Conservancy. If you registered for past Benefit & Online Auctions, you do not need to re-register for this event. 
• Silent Auction online bidding begins Friday, September 22nd at 8:00 am. Bidding closes Friday, September 29th at 7:30 pm. There is no need to check out of the Online Auction. You will automatically be checked out and charged for any auction items you may have won after the auction closes on September 29th at 7:30 pm.
• Online bidding is safe and secure. Bids can also be placed by Conservancy staff internally on your behalf. 
• Item winners are highly encouraged to pick-up any auction items they won from the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy.
  • Silent Auction item winners who are not present for the Open House may pick-up won items from the Conservancy during the following week (October 2nd - October 6th) by coordinating with our staff! 
  • Please contact us to make special pick-up arrangements if needed.
