All funds raised will go directly to support student programming & scholarships!
It costs nearly $10,000 to educate each student, with 32% of our student's families requesting scholarships and financial assistance. Despite successful scholarship drives, we still have unmet needs. We want to be able to increase the number of scholarships given!
Your financial support this year will assist our families in continuing to make a Montessori school experience affordable for our families!

- Food & Dessert Sponsor: $600, includes 6 complimentary tickets, social media & event website advertisement.

Bidding Process
IN THE SILENT AUCTION
Silent Auction bidding will open on Saturday, 27, and remain open until Saturday, May 4, at 7:15 PM.
The Silent Auction will close before our live auction begins at the event.
- Log in at the top of the page using the same phone or email to purchase tickets.
- Once you log in, the system will send a one-time log-in code to your device. Enter the code sent to your device and press "Next".
- Once completely logged in, you are presented with the home screen of the bidding site.
- To place a bid, click on "Bid/Info". You can view item details, place a fast bid, or place a max bid.
- Click on "Menu > My Items" to view your event activity.
- Click on the red "PAY" button at the end of the auction to pay for your items.
- Winners of any basket raffle can pick up their winnings after the event.
** Participants do not need to be at the event to bid and win silent auction items!
BID IN THE LIVE AUCTION
- Upon check-in at the event, you will receive a paddle with your name and bid number.
- Raise your paddle and state your bid amount during the Live Auction.
- Spotters during the auction will note the winning bid number and add it to the winning account(s) on the back-end of our event site.
- You are expected to pay for any winning(s) and collect your item(s) -- if applicable -- by the event's conclusion.
- Click on the "PAY" button at the end of the auction to pay for your items.
- Winners of any items can pick up their winnings after the event.
