How to Bid

ClickBid Mobile Bidding 101

This event is proud to use Mobile Bidding for their silent auction. Bidding is easier than ever. Once you have checked in you will receive a welcome text message with a link. Simply tap on the link to load your confirmation page.

Place bids in seconds.

Quickly enter the item number you wish to bid on and we’ll take you right to it; showing you all the details you need to make your next bid. You can also browse by category, No-Bid items and Buy Now items. You can even make a donation. NOTE: This screen is always available by pressing the house icon just under the official time.

On the item detail page you can see the current winning bid, winning bidder, Buy Now option (if available) and bidding increment. Simply type in the max amount you are willing to pay and press “Place Bid”. We will confirm your bid and set you as the current winner. The system will continue to bid on your behalf up to your maximum value. We call it Max Bidding.

What if I am outbid?!

We keep track of your bids for you and once you have been outbid we’ll immediately send a text message to your phone and show you an on-screen alert. You can easily jump back into your account and make sure you don’t miss out.

You won’t miss a beat with your “My Bids” which shows you items you are winning, watching and losing. We keep this page focused on the items you’re intersted in so you don’t get distracted and lose an item.
