Recently established in Scottsdale by founder Kevin Gordon, The Driven Project provides these young warriors with unforgettable “supercar therapy” experiences, giving them the chance to ride in exotic cars and escape the challenges they face—even if just for a day. This uplifting experience offers a profound sense of hope, strength, and inspiration for these children and their families during an incredibly challenging time.

All proceeds from this event will directly benefit The Driven Project charity. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona - the Driven Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides critically ill children with the best day of their lives through transformative 'supercar therapy' experiences.

To date, the Driven Project has provided hundreds of local Arizona-based families with the ultimate racetrack experience and an unforgettable escape from reality - allowing the children to be just be kids for the day.

Tim McBride

Real Estate Change Agent

Tim McBride believes that residential real estate has the power to drive meaningful, lasting change beyond transactions, fostering growth, connection, and community. Before entering real estate, Tim spent years in the professional sports industry, where he developed values like authenticity, discipline, resilience, marketing, and teamwork. These principles have shaped his purpose-driven career, establishing him as a trusted leader in Arizona real estate.

To Tim, real estate is more than a profession—it's a platform for impact. In 2018, he founded Homes for Good, a grassroots initiative that connects people with causes they can support through everyday real estate activities. Since its inception, Homes for Good has empowered over 20 local nonprofits, raised more than $110,000, and positively impacted over 25,000 lives.

Inspired by the NFL's Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, Tim launched Change Agents of Phoenix—a community initiative that unites real estate professionals committed to elevating their standards of service and giving back. This program, which launched on October 29, 2024, has already made a major impact in the real estate industry by rallying agents around the vision of purposeful, service-driven real estate. With strong momentum, the Change Agents platform is set to expand significantly in the Phoenix area by fall 2025, with plans to reach additional markets across the United States—and even into Canada, beginning with Tim’s hometown of Vancouver.
