Join the CCCC Car Raffle for a shot at driving home a brand spanking-new 2024 Chevrolet Trax! The raffle will rev its engines from April 13, 2024, to September 7, 2024. Your odds of winning stand at a thrilling 1 in 2000! Raffle tickets come at a price of $50 each. Raffle tickets are now on sale at the price of $25 per ticket and 5 for $100. 2024 Chevy Trax Raffle Official Rules
1. Eligibility: Entrants in the CCCC Vehicle Raffle must be legal Texas residents who are at least 18 years of age on or before September 7, 2024, and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. Employees of Crisis Center of Comal County (CCCC) and their spouses and immediate family members are not eligible. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Raffle is void outside of the U.S. and where prohibited and restricted by law.
2. Sponsor: Crisis Center of Comal County (CCCC), 655 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
3. How to Enter: Purchase tickets online at https://ccccraffleforcar.cbo.io by 4:59 p.m. Central Time on September 7, 2024. Each ticket costs $25. There is no limit on the number of tickets an individual can purchase; however, each entry must be submitted separately.
4. Winner Selection: The potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on September 7, 2024 by a designated representative of CCCC.
5. Grand Prize: One (1) 2024 Chevy Trax (MSRP: $24,999). The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, tag, title, insurance, and registration fees. The winner must accept delivery of the vehicle at Valmark Chevrolet 725 IH-35 N, New Braunfels, TX 78130. The prize is provided with a manufacturer’s limited warranty. The winner must present a valid U.S. driver's license with a name matching the name on the winning ticket. The title will be issued in the name of the winner matching the valid U.S. driver's license.
6. Second Prize: One (1) $3,000 Visa Gift Card. The winner must present a valid U.S. driver's license with a name matching the name on the winning ticket. The winner is responsible for collecting the gift card from the Crisis Center of Comal County, located at 655 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
7. Third Prize: One (1) $1,000 Visa Gift Card. The winner must present a valid U.S. driver's license with a name matching the name on the winning ticket. The winner is responsible for collecting the gift card from the Crisis Center of Comal County, located at 655 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
8. Claiming Prizes/Releases: The potential winners will be notified by phone, and email and must complete, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release, along with any other required documents, within fourteen (14) days of notification.
9. Publicity Grant: Acceptance of the Prizes constitute the winners' consent for CCCC to use their name, photograph, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions: By entering the Raffle, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless CCCC from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions arising out of participation in the Raffle.
11. Use of Data: CCCC will collect personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy.
12. Winners List: To request the name of the winner, send an email to [crisiscenter@crisiscenternb.org] within 30 days after the entry deadline.
13. Tax Deductibility: The purchase of a raffle ticket is not tax-deductible.
