Hearts for the Arts Benefit - Auction Rules
● All bids will be increased by noted increments.
● All transactions are final, no substitutions allowed.
● Values listed are estimates only and are not warranted for tax purposes.
● The winning bidder/buyer is responsible for contacting the donor for all lots and services.
● As a courtesy to our generous donors, please redeem your gift certificates and events by noted expiration date or by September 1, 2023 (unless otherwise noted).
● All payments are to be made in full by cash, check, or credit card.
● Check Out will begin following completion of the Live Auction, at approximately 9:15pm. You will receive a mobile checkout link via text message. You can confirm your purchases and complete payment on your phone or with our checkout crew. Please check out and bring your items home with you.
● All buyers who have not completed payment by Monday, March 20 at 10am will be checked out by the Benefit team using the vaulted credit card on file.
● Any item not picked up at the event shall be picked up from Creative Arts Charter School by March 24, 2023. Items not picked up by then become property of Creative Arts Charter School, without refund. Payment will be considered a donation to the school.
