Raffle tickets may be purchased in increments of:

One (1) Raffle Ticket for $25, or 

Three (3) Raffle Tickets for $50, 

Ten (10) Raffle Tickets for $100,

Raffle Tickets are available for purchase only during the raffle period beginning November 8, 2021 and ending December 12, 2021, at 11:55 pm. You must be 18 years or older and be a resident of Texas to enter this raffle. The winners will be selected by a random drawing that will be televised and announced on WOAI-TV on December 15, 2021.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal taxes, city, county, and state sales taxes, and vehicle registration fees in connection with winning the raffle prize. The Internal Revenue Service requires Brighton Center to withhold federal income tax at the rate of 24% (or current rate as established by the IRS) of the prize value. The winner must sign and complete a federal W-9 form and W-2G based on the prize retail value and pay the amount of tax to be withheld to Brighton Center as a condition of transfer of ownership of the vehicle at the time the vehicle is claimed and no later than December 31, 2021. The winner cannot assign the prize to another person for any reason.

Auction Items can be picked up starting on 12/15/21 at the Brighton Center located at 14207 Higgins Rd, San Antonio, TX, 78217. Hours of Operation 8am-5pm. Some items can be shipped for an additional fee. Please check the 'Restrictions' for each item to see if it qualifies for shipping and the cost. 

If items are not picked up by January 14, 2022, and the winning bidder has not made arrangements with the Brighton Center, the winning bidder will forfeit item(s) won and a refund will not be given.
