How to Bid Checkout & FAQs

How To Bid

1. Enter https://bcsf.cbo.io into your browser’s address bar.
2. Enter your phone number or email address and tap GO.
3. Enter your Login Code.
4. Confirm you are the name listed then hit "Continue".
5. Once completely logged in, you can search by item #, keyword, or by category.
6. To place a bid tap on the blue "Bid/Info" button. There you can place a fast bid, bid or set a max bid, and read details about items. 
7. Tap on MENU > MY ITEMS to view your activity throughout the event.
   
   

Checkout From Your Phone, Tablet, or Computer.: 

You can securely checkout from your phone, tablet, or computer with a credit card. Once you have a checkout available, a red "Pay!" button will appear at the top of your bidding screen. Tap on this button to proceed to checkout. If you have not already put a credit card on file, you will need to do so at this time in order to checkout from your phone, tablet, or computer. 

Checkout is not available until the Silent Auction closes on December 2nd at 9 p.m. However, if you are not bidding on Silent Auction items, but you are donating, you can pay as soon as you donate from the donate button.

FAQs

• How do I remove a bid?
  • Right after you place a bid, you have the option to "undo" on the confirmation banner at the top of the screen. Once this banner goes away, you will need to see an event volunteer that is using the butler to remove it.
• I already selected "no" or replied "STOP" to the SMS text message alerts, not realizing that I wouldn't receive outbid notices. Can I fix it? 
  • Yes! Text "START" to 56651 to begin receiving these once again.
• How do I place a Max Bid? 
  • To place a "max bid", tap on Bid/Info > BID/SET MAX > select the amount you are willing to spend on the item > SET MAX. The system will bid up to that amount for you automatically. You will be notified via text message if you are outbid on this item.
• Did I win? 
  • Once the auction has closed, you can look under MENU/MY ITEMS to view everything that you have won/purchased.

Pickup instructions:

1.  All items can be picked up at the Bedford City Schools Bus Garage, 25441 Solon Road, Bedford, OH 44146, on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2022, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10 am-1 pm.

 2. Once on the bus garage property, proceed to the garage door on the left.  If the garage door is not open, honk you horn.  We will hang balloons by the garage door where you should enter!

3.  Enter the garage and verify your name and announce your bidder number to the Foundation member who will greet you. Please stay in your car.

4.  The Foundation member will obtain your items, and you will sign off that you are receiving all of them.

5.  Your items will be placed in your trunk.  YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CAR!!!  You will exit the garage at the exit door.

Donate an Item to our Silent Auction

If you want to donate an item to our silent auction, simply enter the info and image below.  We will take it from there, by pressing a few buttons on our end, to make your donation active. Your item will appear with our thanks and appreciation. 

It's as simple as that!!
