Silent Auction Rules

• The highest bids submitted into the online auction are legal contracts to purchase the item.
• Credit cards on file will be charged upon auction end.  If payment is unsuccessful within 72 hours of the close of the auction, any items won may go to the next highest bidder at the discretion of the organization.
• All purchases made are FINAL and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items unless otherwise noted.
• The organization reserves the right to add or withdraw items from the auction without notice before final bids are made.
• The organization neither warrants nor represents, and in no way shall be responsible for, the correctness of descriptions or conditions of items or arrangements.

Tax Receipts

You will receive a transaction-based receipt once your card is successfully charged. 

All silent auction items will open for bidding on December 2, 2025 @ 10am and will close @12:00pm on December 9, 2025

Item Pickup

Pick up will take place on Thursday 12/11 from 10-2 and then 3-4 to avoid the school buses- Please park outside the John R. Post Learning Center entrance and call the number below and we will meet you with your items, if this time does not work -contact 610-374-1695
