Step 1: Log in by entering your cell phone number or email address – If you are not yet registered, you'll be prompted to create an account. An account is required to bid.

Step 2: Enter the code that was sent to the cell phone number or email address provided.

Step 3: Enter your preferred payment method.

Step 4: Once completely logged in, you can search by item #, keyword, or by category.

Step 5: Start placing your bids – have fun!

When does the silent auction open and close?

• The silent auction will open on October 31 and close on Saturday, November 8th at 8:30PM.

Is a credit card required to participate in the silent auction?

• Yes, a pre-registered credit card is required to begin bidding. Cards are not charged immediately — this simply secures your bids and ensures a smooth checkout process. Guests will have the opportunity to update or change their form of payment before processing. We accept all major credit cards and checks.
  
  

  Credit cards on file will be processed on Tuesday, November 11, for any guests who have not checked out. If you would like to complete payment through another method, please contact sarah.kelly@ascv.org by November 10.

Did I win?

• Once the auction has closed, you can look under MENU/MY ITEMS to view everything that you have won/purchased.

What happens if I do not pay for my winning item(s)?

• All balances must be paid in full before winning item(s) can be collected. Items left unpaid after seven days will be sold to the next highest bidder.

How will I collect my winnings?

• ​The winner can pick up item(s) from check out at the end of the event! If the item is off-site, it can be picked up from the ASCV office located at 8730 Stony Point Pkwy, Ste 150, Richmond, VA 23235. Shipping is not offered on alcohol purchases.

What happens if I do not pick up my winnings?

• Any item(s) left unclaimed after 30 days, without prior arrangements, will be sold and proceeds will go to the ASCV.
