Join us at the Science Museum of Virginia on October 14 for the 2023 ASCV Gala, A Toast to the Autism Community! Raise a glass with us as we look back over the year, celebrate our local autism community, and recognize the 2023 ASCV Mission Award winners. The evening will feature a seated dinner, drinks, silent and live auctions, live music by the Jangling Reinharts, and the presentation of our annual ASCV Mission Awards. Proceeds from the evening will help fund the Autism Society of Central Virginia's critical programs and services.

Parking Information
Please note that the Front Circle (the driveway directly in front of the Science Museum) will be closed due to construction of The Green. All guests should enter the parking deck from Broad Street via Terminal Place. We will have traffic pattern signage onsite to direct guests. All sidewalks leading to the Science Museum's main entrance will be accessible. Please click here for a map of the new traffic pattern.
Science Museum parking is ample and free. Guests should park in the deck located directly beside the Science Museum, entering from Broad Street via Terminal Place. All guests should enter the building through the main entrance. The building has an automated doorway to the far right at the Science Museum’s main entrance. What to Wear
The Gala is cocktail attire.
Tickets
There are no physical tickets to pick up - we will have your name and your guests' name held at our registration tables. Be sure to check in at registration to pick up your bidder number, which includes your table number in the ballroom, and to register a credit card to bid in the auction.
Purchases
All food and drink is included in the ticket purchase. Guests will need to register a credit card to bid in the silent and live auctions, purchase entries in the Wine Pull or Heads & Tails games, or to make a donation.
Please note that we request all guests to register a credit card prior to or at registration that evening. No credit cards will be charged unless a purchase is made or an auction item is won.

Auction
The evening features both a Silent Auction and a Live Auction. Our silent auction features mobile bidding - you will be able to place bids directly from your phone! To place bids in the live auction, you will use the bidder number card you pick up at registration. The silent auction will close at 8:15pm on October 14.
Cocktail Hour
Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and our silent auction in the Rotunda of the Science Museum of Virginia.
Wine Pull
Our popular Wine Pull is back! Purchase entry for $25, and pick a number out of the Red or White containers. Whether you pull a fine bottle or an inexpensive bottle, you'll go home with wine!
Heads & Tails
Diamonds Direct is sponsoring our Heads & Tails game! Purchase a $25 entry for your chance to win a beautiful bracelet offered by Diamonds Direct. Players will choose "heads" or "tails" as the auctioneer flips a coin. Choose correctly, and you'll stay in the game! Choose incorrectly, and you'll take your seat. The last player standing will take home an incredible prize from Diamonds Direct.
Mission Awards
During the evening, we will unveil the 2023 ASCV Mission Award Honorees! These special individuals have gone above and beyond in supporting the ASCV's mission and our local autism community and we are so pleased to honor them.
Our five ASCV Mission Awards are:
