Welcome to the 2024 Athletics4Kids Sport4Life Gala event page!  

The 21st Athletics4Kids Sport4Life Gala will be held at the Grand Villa Casino on May 4th, 2024. This sell-out event is attended by over 390 business leaders, corporate sponsors, and like-minded philanthropists every year. 

Since 2002, the event has raised over $2.1 million to help give B.C. kids the opportunity to participate in amateur sports. 
The night kicks off with a signature cocktail reception as guests mingle and settle in. Guests have the opportunity to bid on unique silent auction items and enjoy the surrounding festivities. Dinner, live auction, and live Olympic rules amateur boxing follow!

Athletics4Kids (A4K) is a non-profit organization dedicated to removing financial barriers and allowing British Columbia kids to participate in amateur sports. Unfortunately, in Canada, more than one-third of children are unable to take part in organized sports activities due to the cost. 

Since 2002, A4K has provided over 13,000 Sport4Life grants to kids aged 5 - 18 across British Columbia, offering up to $450 per qualified child per 12-month period. A4K firmly believes that all children should be able to play, regardless of socioeconomic status.
